Taking Life’s Little things for Granted.

Taking Life’s Little things for Granted.

I am living temporally in a rented Old Home. I decided to rent out my condo to make some money so rented out this really old house. You don’t really realize how important a functioning toilet is until that bastard decides to spew your piss and shit all over the place because it gave up on accommodating your ass. As this thing is is flooding my bathroom floor all that is running through my mind is where am I gonna take my nightly dump.

It really puts a hinder on your daily routine. think about all the obstacles stand in your way everyday if there not functioning properly. I lost the remote control for the TV last week and the world ended. I couldn’t find it, PANIC, and confusion kicked in like I was the last survivor on the Titanic looking for a life boat. Weird how lazy the remote control has made me.

When the electricity go’s out what do we do? Blame the electric company. You scramble looking for candles and flashlights that you thought you had or find out you didn’t have batteries. the littlest things isn’t so little anymore is it. When I ever I visit Longs I tell my self get batteries, candles, etc. but It never pans out.

Toilet paper is another necessity that can totally blow your day especially when its not your bathroom. How many time have you sat on someone elses throne and the fucking toilet paper cylinder  is staring at you laughing its ass off? then you scramble and strt looking for tissue, paper towels, even maybe an old sock. You go to the extent of walking with your legs open, pants around the ankles snoopin in cupboard that arent even yours.

the next time you are some where and one of these situations happened to you, think of me…THINK how stupid you look because Im watching you.

Hey, Lanai, you shouldn’t visit any Eastern European of Middle Eastern countries. I think you might really get a whole new perspective on the good-ol’-American-dysfunctional-porcelain-throne. Don’t worry…while I’m traveling this summer, I know you won’t be looking, cause, no way you’d ever want to be in that “sit”uation or should I say, “squat”uation. :)

Your post just brought back in image that I haven’t thought about for years.

I walked into the office bathroom… just in time to see the boss waddling from one stall to another with her pants around her ankles… looking for toilet paper!

She looked so embarrassed and neither one of us every said a word about it.
