Here is the truth. You can build what ever it is you put your mind to. You use your own money NO one can take nothing away. You use someone else’s money and it can be taken away from you at any moment. If your smart you will find a away to work for your self, and not have to clock in. Some people are content with the check in, the benefits, and the guarantee paycheck.

After 23 years I think I finally realized “building” someone elses company is horse shit. YOu can stress your self out, meet deadlines, and giveaway all your great ideas but someone will be there to capitalize. You have to make sure its you. Have enough courage to walk away from the “usual” and make it happend for you and your future.

Some of the biggest companies in the world are being bought and sold, crunched and squeeze,d and no more will I be at that end. People dont realize the hurdles there are to “ratings”. Ratings bring in revenue. Everyday waking up to the fate of someone filling out a diary to say if they listen to you or not can take its toll. I realize now that what is missing in the tense cooperate world is “FUN”.

Anyone remember that word?Do  you have that at work? Shit we use to play Wiffle ball in the Hall, Dodgeball in the studio. Maybe you didnt go to that extreme but We fucking did. Thats whats missing. F-U-N. For all of you stuck in the cooperate world, next time you get in that “Monday Blues” here we go again rutt. Think about me,… I will be having FUN.
